- Contact with the child’s teacher will also be provided if staff or parents feel necessary, with permission of parent/guardian
- Students are encouraged to communicate with Momentum Learning Centre staff, and calls/emails/text messages will be accepted throughout the week.
Payments
- Prepayment will be accepted prior to the start of each child’s program, in packages of sessions. Your program cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received. A payment schedule will be developed between you and Momentum Learning Centre
- Payments will be accepted through cash, cheque or online through Email Money Transfers. If you are unfamiliar with paying online, Momentum Learning Centre can guide you through the process
session Cancellation
- Minimum 1 week notice is required for cancellation of your child’s session due to family events, vacations and other appointments. The opportunity to rebook will be based on availability.
- Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required if your child cannot make the session due to sickness. Less than this and your session time will be forfeited, coming out of your pre-paid sessions. I do have a few students who are willing to book sessions on a short-notice basis. If I can fill your child’s particular session, I will notify you and your child’s session will not be forfeited.
- If your child does not show up for his/her session, it
will be forfeited and come out of your pre-paid sessions.
- Enrichment and Summer programs also require a minimum of 3 day’s notice. If less than 3 day’s notice is given, program time may be forfeited and is up to the discretion of Momentum Learning Centre
Student & parent responsibilities
- Each person will be treated in a fair and respectful manner; it is your responsibility to also treat staff in this way.
- Children are responsible come to each session with a smile on their face, ready to leave the problems of their day behind, and try something different (as well as bringing any required textbooks where needed)
