I'm so happy and proud of all the graduates this year! Waaaaaay back in grade 10, a few of these girls were my "Math Girls" as we struggled through the course together. The others I met as I would hear them come giggling and chatting down the hallway to drop their friends off. I just love this group (and everyone else who I didn't get in this picture). I will miss them, but I know that they're on to accomplish many wonderful things! Congratulations Ladies!

In March the Literacy Quesnel Society was able to bring Jason Cressey in for some emotional literacy workshops. Now they are again able to bring Jason back for a repeat of the first workshop (for those who missed it the first time) and an offering of the second workshop in his series.
Both workshops are on November 14th. Part 1 is from 12:00 - 3:00pm and Part 2 is from 6:00-9:00pm. Each workshop is $20, and you need to register by November 8th! If you didn't get the chance to attend the first in March, come to both! Now, moved to October 13th, this is an event that is FREE and for the whole family! Make sure to mark this on your calendars and share with your neighbors!
