Just to keep you updated, I have not planned any Creatures of Curiosity programs for this summer due to the number of students who are staying on with me for summer tutoring. However, I do have the Regency Care-A-Van still booked for Wednesdays in August. So, I may still be able to plan a few last minute camps for August! I promise to keep you all updated!

A sneak peak at what is coming!! The spring break program for 2014 will be filled with creative fun! It will be on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (March 19-20). As there is only room for 4-6 students each day, please let me know you're interested as soon as possible! I can hardly wait to share the details.....
The last camp of the summer! We returned to Mr. and Mrs. Rorke's house where we did three main activities: Making t-shirts with bleach, making our own ice cream and playing in the POOL!! Much fun was had by all! Of course, ice cream was a hit, especially because we had it before lunch! A big thank you to Mrs. Rorke and her students for joining us, and letting us use their wonderful property. Have a great rest of your summer!!
The second to last camp of the summer..... we had a nice small group, so could do a big project!! We learned how to make plaster casting masks. Instead of petroleum jelly to keep the mask from sticking, we used coconut oil. Not only did it smell really good, it also tasted good and worked marvelously in helping release the masks. As the drying time takes all day, everyone has promised to send me pictures of the final results once they paint them at home. I do hope that I'm able to post them here! Thanks girls for being brave and experiencing new sensations! I had so much fun!
This time we headed off to the North side of Ten Mile Lake (Kosta's Cove) to make boats, sponge balls and have fun in the water!! It was so nice, no one wanted to go home!!
Creatures of Curiosity summer 2013 #1 A windy and cool day, we adventured out to Cottonwood House as well as Lightning Creek! We ran out of time to make paper boats and float them down the river, but there's always next time! Creatures of Curiosity Summer 2013 #2 Visiting Mrs. Rorke's house, we had many great and exciting plans! The two top pics were.......Spray painting T-shirts, and lots of hands-on bunny love. So many smiling faces all day long, it was great fun! A big thank you to Tammy, Bill and Amy Rorke who not only let us use their property, but joined in the fun as well! As well, a thank you to one of Mrs. Rorke's students Dom who gladly gave our group a great tour of the bunny and chicken houses!
The Creatures of Curiosity summer camps are filling up fast!! There are three weeks that are already booked full, so make sure you contact us now to book your space!
